Congratulations!

Gentlemen:

THANK YOU for the follow-up on your commitment to co-creating this Creative Media blog-site for the purpose of Designing a Creative Media 21st Century Digital Studio Learning Environment.

I can assure you I will be looking forward to the continued design conversations and developments which as we discussed will culminate in a real-world Creative Media demonstration Renaissance Digital Studio Learning Environment.

Since this blog-site will serve as our "face" to the world for the moment we might wish to put our combined design-talents to good use and select some design-choices regarding the blog-sites "look & feel." Having said that I believe the current-background choice is a solid, bold beginning. However ALL decisions and determinations here are by group consensus.

So let's begin the conversation. Mac or Pc based?

Best,

Jim

I believe that the studio should be pc based, because a larger amount of software are made for pc platforms, such as Microsoft XNA

I also think it should be pc based because after asking most people in the group most of us have pc

O.K. Pc-based it is. To determine exactly what kind of sophisticated Pc's we need we have to ask what "tasks" are we intending to accomplish in our digital studio learning environment.

Can we create a list of intended tasks and/or activities we wish to pursue and also identify the various software applications we will need to carry those tasks out?

Additionally, will we be needing any other peripheral equipment (scanners, printers, projectors, etc.)?

So tasks dictate Pc's, software and additional equipment.

Let's cut to the chase.

Best,

Jim

P.S. THANK YOU for updating my blog-site status to "administrator."
